Tony Wins a BCyA on 26 Oct 2021

We are delighted that today Tony was awarded a British Citizen Youth Award. The British Citizen Youth Award (BCyA)  is designed to recognise the individual endeavours of young people who are positively impacting their communities, helping charities or undertaking exceptional activities in support of others. At just seven years old Tony has letters after his name! Mr Tony Hudgell BCyA

 The BCyA says…

“Across the nation people are showing kindness and caring to others, but often without the recognition it deserves. The British Citizen Award understands that there is no age limit to selfless acts of kindness, so have created The British Citizen Youth Award (BCyA) for those aged 18 and under. Young people are the key to our future for making our society and communities a better place to live.

We live in a world where negativity often prevails, and where young people are subject to negative generalisations. We want to shine the light of positivity on the youth of Britain and highlight the magnificent contribution that young people make to our communities.

Paula, Tony’s Mum says…

“Words cannot explain how proud we are of our Boy. Tony has always said ‘I want to help everybody’ and ‘negatives into positives’ we are thrilled that he has been recognised for such a prestigious award. Letters after his name at only 7 years old!
